I guess many of us have the same question arising in our mind. Well there are two mainly used ways to do it, The first way uses the soil propagation technique whereas the other uses the water propagation technique. Soil propagating the spider plant babies: In this technique, we need to use another small pot, some potting mix and spiderettes. Spiderettes act just like the seeds. Just plant the spiderette in the new pot, but make sure not to cut the runner. While potting the spiderette in the new pot add potting mix having less weight. Also make sure the pot has a drainage hole in the bottom. After doing that leave the spiderette and watch it grow. After the roots have grown, you can separate the spider plant baby from the main plant by cutting the runner. Water propagation of the spider plant babies: Water propagation of the Spider Plant is also easy as the soil propagation of the Spider plant. You can do it by just putting the Spiderette in a glass of clear water and just wait until the roots grow. After the growth of roots you can plant the new Spider plant baby in a new pot in soil. Ta daaa!!!! Your new spider plant babies are here and ready to get growing. Conclusion: I consider Spider plant as one of the magics of the nature. I don’t fall for the Curves of girls, but I fell in love with the curves of this plant. Spider plant is also effective in cleansing the air, which makes it a better option than many of the other houseplants in the list. https://www.plantilia.xyz/2021/10/how-to-care-for-spider-plant.html
